I was very pleased the first day I called they had someone out right away to look at my problem. They're answering service was very professional and kind, answered all my questions. If they didn't know and answer they got it and called you back. They kept the word on the price that we agreed upon. They showed up the next day to do my repairs on time, worked with no break, the person who did the work was very professional and everything seems to be working fine as of today so I definitely feel they deserve a five-star reading. I would recommend them to others A+ service.

I have been using Chills on Wheels for several years and finally decided to take the time to give credit where credit is due. I have always received not only top notch service but competitive pricing as well. They are not always the cheapest that can be found but in my honest opinion, they are the best that I have used in my 15 years in this house. I would recommend them to anyone!I have had maintenance done, new system installed, and a couple of various little parts and pieces that went bad and were replaced by these guys. Every time, the service was professional and quick. They always go through the breakdown of things with you to let you know what needs to be done and how much each part and labor is. I cannot rave enough about how good the experience has been having Chills on Wheels as my HVAC professionals.

Nelson was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain what he was working on and even went above and beyond by teaching me some methods to keep the system operating at peak efficiency.I definitely recommend him to anybody that needs any a/c work.Thanks Nelson. 😁

One of our AC units stopped working completely and Nelson came out and troubleshoot the system in its entirety. Found the issue and had the parts on hand to get us back up and running. We are very happy with the company and the technician who came out. They will be our go to company from now on.

This company is awesome. I work for Greenway Nissan Jacksonville. They were the only company that we could get to come out at the beginning of the summer and we have had to call them several times on different things. They are a great company and Nelson is the sweetest, very good at what he does. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This company did everything they promised. I called and they promptly returned my call and scheduled a service call. I was explained pricing and how the process worked. The tech showed up on time and was professional and thorough, he explained what part was bad and how that affected the rest of the system. He made the needed repair and actually hung around to make sure the system was functioning correctly. These will be my HVAC guys in the future.

2hrs after calling and scheduling a service Guy was at my home diagnosing the issue. He was friendly, professional, and personable. As he was inspecting and diagnosing my AC unit he would show me what each part was and what to look for in the future. I will 100% use this company for any future needs.

I could not be more impressed with the professionalism of this company from the very beginning. I got a call back from Brian within 20 minutes of requesting a quote and it was on a Saturday! He took the time to answer all of my many questions and then sent out a wonderful team. Nelson and Davor were on time and worked hard. They were honest and I didn’t feel scammed or pressured into more than I needed which I loved. We will definitely be returning customers.
