WHAT IS A PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PLAN (PMP)?
Purchasing a PMP includes your system being serviced twice per year by an experienced HVAC technician. This includes: Checking the system in heat or cool mode, depending on the season.We also check all wire connections contactors, indoor and outdoor coils, thermostat, motor amps, capacitors, high voltage load balance, duct work, and refrigerant levels. A provided filter change will also be done. The price of the PMP is cheaper than scheduling two separate maintenance visits during the year and also comes with some extra perks for being a member! We offer three affordable PMPs to our customers.

No waiting for a maintenance appointment – We keep track of your maintenance visits and will call you to schedule your next appointment! No need to keep track or add another item to your to-do list!
