WHY DO YOU PARTICIPATE IN THE OCD WALK?
Maybe you have OCD or a related disorder, or maybe you’re supporting a friend or a loved one.
Whatever the reason, we want to hear your story! If you’ve already registered, go on social media to share #WhyIWalk along with your personal fundraising page. Spread the word to help raise funds for programming that helps everyone affected by OCD and related disorders!
Haven’t registered yet? This year, we’re hosting over 30 Walks across the country. Find one near you!
SAFETY AT THE WALK
The IOCDF and our local Affiliates are planning each OCD Walk with the health of our walkers, staff, and volunteers as top priority:
- All events will comply with their local health mandates and we encourage all walkers to wear masks even if not mandated by the event’s local governance.
- All events will implement safety protocols including physical distancing, masks (where required), and hand sanitizing stations.
- Walk day will be as contactless as possible, and we encourage all attendees to register and turn in donations in advance.
FUNDRAISE TO GET YOUR WALK T-SHIRT!
All Walkers who donate or raise $25 by the day of the Walk will be able to pick up a Walk T-shirt at check-in. You can also register and donate on-site and T-shirts will be available — while supplies last!
Haven’t raised $25 yet? Log in to access your personal fundraising page, and share with family and friends today!
If you’ve already secured your Walk T-shirt, we hope you’ll increase your fundraising goal! Every dollar you raise helps us shorten the time to proper diagnosis, improve access to treatment, and increase the number of therapists trained to treat OCD and related disorders.
